The skill scanned all 15 signed agreements pointed at, OCR'd 13 scanned PDFs at strategic pages, and read the 2 text-extractable PDFs in full. Every contract uses a Vaksindo-derived template, but in 5 different generations: Standard (most), Variant (Morocco Supply Agreement, Russia bilingual EN/RU, Pakistan UMEX Annex-based), and Unique (Vietnam Tigervet 2018 pre-Standard early generation). The dispute clause is the single biggest failure mode — see the table below.
